To the reader that asked about comfy winter outfits, I’ve finally been able to put something together for you! Sorry for the much delayed response! Please forgive me.
During the cold Winter months, being warm and comfortable is my priority. As long as I have those two points covered, I’m set to walk out the door. I love winter clothes. I love the whole thought process that is put into constructing a layered outfit and I do this by following a few simple steps:
1) Layer One, a thin top- cotton tee, silk blouse/shirt, linen tanks etc..
2) Layer Two, a fine knit sweater. (Or if you’re not going to wear a jacket, a nubby knit sweater should suffice.)
3) Choose a pair or jeans/trousers to match.
4) Select a statement jacket or coat.
5) Ankle booties (with socks for extra warmth).
6) Throw on a scarf and/or beanie.
I don’t know what kind of style you’re into but seeing that you like wearing hoodies, I thought I’d put together a collage of casual outfits instead of something more dressy. I hope this helps. X

I’m due for another trim at the hair salon this weekend and this time, I’ve made up my mind. I’m going to grow it out, back to this long, unruly length. I have a feeling my stylist will try to convince me otherwise but nope, long hair it is!!
In this photo I’m wearing:
- scanlan & theodore shirt
- current elliot the legging jeans
- lanvin black grosgrain bow belt
- hermes double tour bracelet
- cartier tank watch

Today’s outfit in comfort clothes. I went to the shops to pick up ingredients for tonight’s dinner and now lounging on the sofa researching on the cities we’ll be travelling to at the end of the year/early next year.

- Isabel Marant boots
- CDG clutch
- Hermes bracelet
- Uniqlo skinny jeans
- American Apparel top
- Chanel Rough Noir 18 on the nails
Had lunch with mum and then went shopping for winter warm knits. CR currently has a 25% off all knits promotion so I headed down there in hope to find something I liked. Picked up a couple of simple and casual knits :)
- Equipment silk blouse
- Current Elliott The Legging jeans
- Burberry trench coat
- Alaia suede boots
- Alexander McQueen skull scarf
It’s really strange because I look around my wardrobe and cannot work out how I survived last Winter with hardly any winter clothes?!? And when Summer hits, I have no summer clothes! It’s sooo bizarre!
Today’s outfit for running around doing errands:
- Isabel Marant Elali jacket
- Alexander Wang classic tee
- Nudie Long Johns skinny jeans
- Converse Leather All Stars ox lite
- Leopard scarf (pseudo LV print without the graffiti, bought on a whim off ebay for $20 to wear as a sarong for the beach. I love the size of it so much I’m considering purchasing the real deal when I’m in Europe.)
- Hermes Double Tour tan leather bracelet
DH and I have been craving for ramen for the longest time so we’ve decided to venture out to our favourite ramen spot, Momotaro Rahmen for dinner tonight. There’s definitely a shortage of good, authentic ramen restaurants in Melbourne which is really a shame. It’s currently raining and a tad bit cold so it’s perfect weather for a bowl of hot noodle soup.
- Balenciaga leather jacket
- Scanlan and Theodore mini dress (Same dress as this morning. So versatile this little gem is!)
- Isabel Marant suede boots
- Comme Des Garcons clutch
- Alexander McQueen scarf
Went out for a quick bite with DH today. It’s nice to have him around on my day off :)
Outfit is looking rather boring today..
- Helmut Lang leather jacket
(bought 2 years ago but still in perf nick! I couldn’t stop thinking about it after seeing Blake Lively in it. The detailing (especially the back) is amazing. I love the ribbing around the wrists of the sleeves, it stops wind from entering and keeps my arms nice and warm :) The color- a little unusual but a gorgeous shade rusty brown/red. It’s a lot of fun to wear and the leather is incredibly soft and buttery.)
- Scanlan and Theodore mini dress worn as a top
- Current Elliott The Legging jeans
- Repetto flats
Today’s outfit:
- isabel marant jacket
- alexander wang tee
- vanessa bruno trousers
- repetto flats
- chanel bag
- alexander mcqueen skull scarf in burgundy, not shown.
Today’s outfit. It’s market day, grocery shopping really isn’t my forte. If I had a large straw bag to carry my groceries in, maybe it’ll make the process more enjoyable and when I told DH this, he looked at me like- ‘are you serious?!’. No, I was half joking.
We’ve just finished the unpacking so now we can enjoy the rest of our Sunday :)
- isabel marant silk blouse
- zara cotton shorts
- zara tan leather belt
- witchery black patent sandals (my white givenchy rip offs! There is a very subtle difference in the quality but given the huge difference in price tag, these are a keeper!)
- tom binns mini spike gold bangle
- borsalino straw panama hat
- celine sunglasses
Sunny 33 degrees today!!! Lovin’ this weather :))
- zimmermann playsuit
- zara short
