Instead of having a guestbook at the reception, I have been thinking about acquiring an old (tasteful looking) typewriter. Our guests can type away whenever they feel like, in their own time, not necessary as they arrive. And after the night is over, I can then make a neat collage out of all the notes, have it framed and hang it up at home.
