Oh no, what a shame!! Mine is distressed calfskin (from the 2007 cruise collection) and I was told calfskin is more durable than lambskin. The metallic sheen also gives it that extra durability. But having said that, I’m also known to be pretty careful (sometimes annoyingly pedantic!) with my stuff though. Hope that helps :)
